ISAIA Napoli - Miami

In the vibrant heart of Miami’s luxury scene, nestled among the palm trees and iconic architecture of Bal Harbour, stands a new temple of sartorial elegance: the new Isaia Napoli store. This is more than just a boutique; it is a collaborative masterpiece where Neapolitan heritage meets material innovation, under the expert artistic direction of Studio dell’Uva.

Forma&Cemento had the privilege of translating this vision into reality, creating an entirely custom project that redefines the boundaries of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete). 

A Sculptural Facade: A White Welcome

The visual impact begins outside. The facade is a play of volumes and proportions, where the strength of concrete sheds its raw nature to become as smooth as silk. We custom-crafted:

• Monumental columns and semi-columns.

• Architectural paneling and frames.

The entire project is finished in a Pearl White hue—a chromatic choice that dialogues with Miami’s vibrant light, lending the store an aura of contemporary classicism and timeless elegance. 

Interiors: Material Contrasts and Color

Once across the threshold, the project unfolds into a narrative of textures and shades. Here, concrete becomes a decorative and functional element of extreme prestige:

Decorative Columns

Featured in Fir Green and Pearl White, the interior columns boast an exclusive finish. Through a meticulous process of grinding and sanding, we partially exposed the aggregate, creating a vibrant surface that invites touch and reflects the depth of the material.

Furniture: Custom Meets Collection

Craftsmanship is expressed in the details of the furnishing elements, where bespoke production interacts with iconic pieces from our catalog:

• MTM Tables: The bases were crafted with a refined terrazzo effect, a nod to the noble tradition of Italian flooring.

• Display Tables: Surfaces with a smooth cast finish (liscio cassero), highlighting the geometric purity and technical perfection of the pour.

• Fusto Oval Coffee Table II: As a testament to the brand's aesthetic consistency, one of the most celebrated products from our furniture collection was selected for this project. The table from the Fusto series (designed by Marialaura Irvine) integrates naturally into the environment, bridging the gap between custom vision and the distinctive design of Forma&Cemento.

The Beating Heart: The Bar

The central element and true pivot of the in-store experience is the bar area. In this space, concrete merges with wood paneling and gleaming metals in a millimeter-perfect fit.

The spectacular 4-meter columns dominate the room, characterized by a "textured" finish developed specifically for this project. The controlled grain of the sand creates a sophisticated contrast with the perfectly smooth finish of the countertops, demonstrating the extreme versatility of UHPC in the hands of our artisans.

The Isaia store in Miami is not just a retail space; it is a testament to how Made in Italy continues to amaze the world, celebrating the extraordinary versatility of a material that, in this project, finds a new, sophisticated, and unprecedented form.
