Designed by Nakkash Design Studio, this duplex at One Za’abeel was transformed into a serene, Japanese-inspired retreat conceived as a peaceful second home in Dubai. Developed from shell and core, the project balances minimalist design, natural textures, and refined craftsmanship to create a calm, cohesive living environment with views over Zabeel Park and the city skyline.
Within this project, the Fusto Console Table I was included in the Dark Chocolate finish, crafted in UHPC cement mortar, contributing to the understated material palette and reinforcing the home’s sense of quiet sophistication.
